Zarion

Frontend worked with Zarion to improve the usability and interface design of their online operational CRM system, TouchPoint2. A user centred development process was employed to ensure all user tasks and workflows were catered for.

Initially Frontend conducted extensive requirements gathering including end user interviews and contextual enquiry. All research was fed into the design process, maximising effectiveness and efficiency of the application.

Based on requirements Frontend produced interaction wireframes, graphic design and UI templates for the application (including client side code). Templates incorporated clever DHTML and complex scripting that allowed users to interact between several different windows in order to control documents, tasks and processes. A main task bar was always visible to allow users to track a documents position within the workflow at all times.

Central to Frontend’s user centred design process, User testing was conducted to ensure that the redesigned web version of the application provided an improved user experience. All findings from tests were incorporated into the interface design to ensure an excellent end user experience.

Frontend completed the project in less than 5 weeks.
