The best way to evauate the effectiveness of any design is to test it with actual users from the intended user group. Frontend's user testing services provide valuable customer feedback and design recommendations within a short timeframe. It is an excellent method of evaluating a new design before launch or of highlighting existing problems prior to redesign.

Using our portable usability lab, Frontend can collect statistical and observational data in order to reveal the sources of any design problem. Typically these problems can lead to errors, delays, or in some cases the inability to complete a task.

Our user testing methodology reveals whether the functionality matches users' expectations and whether the information is presented in a form that is clear, understandable, and most related to their needs. The findings of the user test can be reviewed by key project stakeholders and will form a basis for redesign recommendations. Our usability lab captures all tests on digital video for analysis and future reference.
