Frontend worked with Púca on their Mobile Service Platform, a web based platform to manage interactive mobile marketing campaigns.

Frontend defined the interaction, information architecture and the visual design for the application. Taking into consideration the different user groups, from marketing managers in agencies or organisations to radio station DJ's that conduct mobile polls and competitions - the application offers multiple mobile channels and sophisticated reporting tools for users to carefully manage their customer relationships.

The end users relatively non-technical and require intuitive interface controls to view and mange their marketing campaigns. Multiple campaigns can be setup easily through step-by-step wizards, and dashboard screens provide multiple views on subscriber, usage & campaign effectiveness reports and data.

The templating and build of the application also enables Púca to rebrand and "re-skin" the interface for their clients with minimal code changes.
